The staff at the reception were really helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist us with our needs. The central location of the hostel was a huge advantage, with major attractions just a short walk away. Additionally, the hostel had a well-equipped kitchenette which allowed us to prepare our own meals easily.
The building and street around the hostel were under construction during our stay, which made the overall look and feel of the place less pleasant. Additionally, the shower in our room was quite temperamental, alternating between freezing and scalding water, making it difficult to have a comfortable shower experience.

The location of the hostel was excellent, situated in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood and close to both the Jewish Quarter and the Old Town. It provided easy access to various attractions and restaurants. the staff at the hostel were very friendly and helpful, providing additional amenities like hangers and a drying rack when needed. the common kitchen had coffee/tea facilities, a microwave, and a fridge for convenience.
The cleanliness of the hostel left much to be desired.

The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the center. The beds, duvets, and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Despite the construction work outside, the windows were good quality and effectively blocked out any noise. The kitchen was well-equipped and the free wifi had a good connection. The room was cleaned thoroughly, and we were impressed by the attention to detail.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Despite it being just a one-night stay, we enjoyed our time at this centrally located hostel. The receptionist was amazing and went above and beyond to assist us. The location was perfect, situated between a castle and the city center, with affordable parking nearby. The bed and pillow were comfortable, and the room was relatively clean.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The location of this hostel was incredible. It was within walking distance to all the major attractions and the city center, which made getting around a breeze. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The common kitchen was also a great feature, allowing us to prepare our own meals and save some money during our stay.
The lack of soundproofing in the rooms. We could hear all the noises from the corridor and the trams passing by outside, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The value for money was excellent, with a conveniently located room that had a fridge and kettle. The staff went above and beyond, even walking us to our room and providing helpful guidance.
The menu for breakfast could be improved, with fresher options and a better presentation.

Loved feeling the "atmosphere" of the broken elevator and noisy trams outside my room. Great "affordable" accommodation for those who enjoy terrible Wi-Fi and "fully equipped" kitchens with missing utensils.
Who needs shampoo and hair dryers? Definitely not this "welcoming" guesthouse!

I had a pleasant stay at a hostel in Krakow. The lady at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The courtyard of the hostel was really cool and added a unique touch to the atmosphere. The location was also great, as it was close to the Wawel and other attractions in the city.

I stayed at a centrally located hostel for one night. It had a private bath and a common kitchen. The receptionist was wonderful and even walked us to our room. The location was between a castle and the city center, and there was affordable parking nearby. The authentic Polish restaurant next door was cheap and delicious.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.
